At iTekify, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
 

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper handling

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened personal-use audio products for hygiene reasons
     

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team or the product arrived defective or incorrect.
